Lord, Time for Routine!

Lord, teach me to number my days and recognize how few they are.  Help me to spend them as I should.  Psalm 90:12 says, “So teach us to number our days, that we may apply our hearts unto wisdom.” 

You must have a routine for everything that you do!
What you do in the morning after getting up:

1. Pray
2. Make your bed
3. Dress
4. Eat breakfast
5. Brush your teeth and wash your face.
6. Put your room in order.
7. Put pajamas under the pillow.

For meals:

1. Fix food & eat.
2. Clear/clean my spot
3. Wash dishes and dishwater.
4. Do dishes after every meal.
5. Put away food.
6. Sweep the floor.

Before bed:

1. Lay out clothes.
2. Shower and brush your teeth.
3. Put dirty clothes in the hamper.
4. Remove all dishes to the kitchen.
5. Set your alarm.
6. Put the room in order.

T.V. Time:

1. Relax and enjoy.
2. After, make sure all is in order.
3. Put any dishes in the kitchen.

Before bed, do a walkthrough of the house to make sure everything is in its place.
In the morning after everyone leaves, or when I am getting ready to leave, do a walkthrough to make sure everything is in its place.
Psalm 89:47 says, “Remember how short my time is:”
Help me to use my time wisely for Your Honor and Glory!
